The Top Taiwan Global Brands is a survey that recognizes and celebrates the enormous achievement of Taiwan’s leading brands. Since 2003, the survey has been conducted for seven consecutive years, and serves not only as barometer for brand excellence in Taiwan, but also internationally.
The survey is organized annually by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) and co-organized by BusinessNext and Interbrand. It is supported by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and sponsored by the Bureau of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Economic Affairs.
The survey of the Top Taiwan Global Brands is now in its seventh year. Interbrand, a global branding consultancy, uses its well-established brand valuation methodology to prepare financial valuation of Taiwan’s international brands. This methodology has also been applied to the Top 100 Global Brands report published by Business Week. The brand valuation itself is comprised of qualitative and quantitative financial analyses to help effectively pinpoint the role of Taiwan’s brands in the global market.
